Digital Learning Manager
CABI, Nosworthy Way, Wallingford, UK
About
I joined CABI in January 2024 as a Project Manager in the Digital Learning team and was appointed Digital Learning Manager in May 2024. In this role, I oversee the day-to-day operations of the Digital Learning team including process and policy adherence and all aspects relating to project finance, management and budgeting.
As a Global Team Leader for PlantwisePlus, I manage our Digital Learning deliverables and resources. I also support the wider Digital Tools promotion and uptake across all PlantwisePlus countries.
In addition, I have strategic oversight for budgets and resource management for other projects, including the Juno Evidence Alliance. I am also the product owner for CABI Academy, overseeing operations, management of external suppliers and contractors, and working with CABI’s IT team to support the platform.
Prior to joining CABI, I worked predominantly within local government and non-profit healthcare organizations in areas that included project and team management, training and eLearning development, business systems integration and process improvement and finance management.
