Researchers working part of the UK-CGIAR Centre’s wheat improvement project were recently featured in a BBC World Service’s The Documentary podcast.
The episode, entitled “Ark of the dry lands”, explores the work ICARDA, one of the CGIAR partners on the UK-CGIAR project, are doing to create new varieties of crops such as wheat and lentils that are resistant to drought or disease, without pesticides.
