This technical brief was reviewed by a technical team drawn from the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Cooperatives (MoALF&C), County Governments of Mombasa, Kilifi and Kwale, CAB International (CABI), Kenya Agricultural & Livestock Research Organization (KALRO), Kenya Forestry Research Institute (KEFRI), Plant Health Inspectorate Service (KEPHIS), National Museums of Kenya (NMK), University of Nairobi (UoN), and Precision Agriculture for Development (PAD).
The brief contains the latest, agreed advisory for papaya mealybug management in Kenya and will be used to support the development of a range of information materials for use by extension workers, agro-dealers and farmers. This brief has been reviewed by all parties and is hereby authorized for use with effect from 24th February 2020.
