I am an expert in fresh produce value chain management with more than 10 years experience of R&D. I have undertaken various roles for different projects at the Australian Centre for International Agricultural Research (ACIAR) and CABI in which I have completed market research and development, fresh produce quality monitoring and capacity building assignments in China, Dubai, Malaysia, Papua New Guinea, Singapore, South Africa and the United Kingdom.
