This review highlights the strengths and weaknesses of the proof-of-concept phase of PlantwisePlus, including whether its activities align with its initial objectives and impact pathways. It also assesses the extent to which it responds to the performance criteria set by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development’s (OECD) Development Assistance Committee (DAC). The review was commissioned by CABI on behalf of the programme’s donors.
