I'm going to show you how to do a Miller's knot. I'm using a shoe lace so that you can see clearly what I'm doing. Obviously, you wouldn't be using that inside an animal. So you've done your loop, you stick your needle holders under that loop, wrap over the top, grab the short end, swap the position of your hands pulling it through, tighten it. And then you put more throws on top depending on how many you want and continue, if you want to. And that's the Miller's knot.
