Abstract

TECHNIQUE.-KOZMA'S work on the enumeration of leukocytes and blood platelets in fowl blood is valuable. He used the counting chamber and diluted stained blood. The details are given in this review. PRESTON also improved the method for examining the red blood corpuscles of fowls.
