The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence of Mycoplasma bovis in 68 properties located in Botucatu, São Paulo, Brazil (date not given). Of 204 milk samples, 12 samples were positive by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) for Mycoplasma spp. Of these, one sample was positive for M. bovis.
