Abstract

Terms used by the Mbororo in the Central African Empire for diseases of cattle, together with their descriptions of symptoms, are presented. The parasitic diseases listed include Fasciola gigantica, intestinal helminths and coccidia, Moniezia, Neoascaris vitulorum and Trypanosoma.
