Nifurprazine in body fluids and tissues of cattle was detected by the agar diffusion method using B. subtilis (BGA) and B. cereus var. mycoides as test organisms. The assay sensitivities were: milk 0.03 mu g/ml, blood serum 0.03, bile 0.03, urine 0.125, muscle 0.15, kidney 0.15 and liver 0.3.
