Abstract

An account of the life cycle and pathological effects of Dicrocoelium lanceolatum in cattle in France. Thiophanate (60 mg/kg) and albendazole (20 mg/kg) have been shown to be effective against the clinical infection and in reducing faecal egg counts, but not in eradicating the parasite.
