Abstract

In 1979 tuberculosis was diagnosed in 16 slaughter animals (15 cattle and a pig). Cysticercosis was the cause of condemnation of 12 bovine and 88 pig carcasses, and sterilization of 10 bovine and 126 pig carcasses. No case of rabies was diagnosed.
