Abstract

Cellular hypersensitivity of bovine leukocytes to Cysticercus bovis antigen (concentrations of 100 mu g/ml and 200 mu g/ml) in an experimentally infected calf was demonstrated by the migration-inhibition test. The maximum rate of migration inhibition was 44%. Lymphokine was detected.
