Abstract

Faecal samples were obtained from 84 calves aged 2-10 days with diarrhoea. Four yielded Escherichia coli K99, 33 yielded rotavirus and 16 yielded cryptosporidia. Eight yielded cryptosporidia alone. All the calves yielding cryptosporidia were aged 8-10 days.
