Abstract

The records of 4152 large animals hospitalized during 14 years showed that 60.3% were cattle, 24% horses, 7.4% pigs, 6.8% sheep, and 1.5% goats. The intake of patients is reviewed according to breed, age and sex, and the detailed distributions according to these parameters are tabulated.
