Eighteen acid-souble (free) nucleotides in the testicles of calves from the Black-White and Bulgarian Brown cattle breeds were found by two-way paper chromatography method. The quantity of adenosine-threephosphate nucleotides is significant higher (p<0.05) in comparison with that of di- and monophosphate nucleotides in the both examined breed. The quantity of guanodine-diphoshate nucleotides is significant higher (p<0.05) in comparison with that three- and monophosphate nucleotides in the both examined breed. It was established that quantity of uridine monophosphate nucleotid was significant (p<0.05) higher in comparison with the quantity of threephosphate and diphosphate nucleotides in the testicles of the calves in the both examined breed. The quantity of uridine three phosphate nucleotid is significant lower (p<0.05) in comparison with that of uridine diphosphate and monophosphate nucleotides in the testicles of the calves in the both examined breed. It was found that quantity of the NAD is significant higher (p<0.001), in comparison with that of the NADP in the testicles of the calves in the both examined breed. Total quantity of adenosine nucleotides, guanodine nucleotides, NAD, NADP, IMF and CMF is significant higher (p<0.001) in the testicles of the calves from Black-White breed in comparison with that of the calves from Bulgarian Brown breed. Total quantity of uridine monophosphate nucleotide and uridin diphosphate-sugars is significant higher (p<0.001) in the testicles of the calves from Bulgarian Brown breed in comparison with that of the calves from Black-White breed.
