World milk production has a great economical in food production and human nutrition. The milk is obtained buffaloes, sheep, goats, camels, donkeys and, especially, cows. The total world milk production in 2000 was 568.480 thousand tonnes, of which 484.895 thousand tonnes was cow milk (85.30%)....
