Abstract

Musca autumnalis was found to be the intermediate host of Thelazia gulosa in cattle in the Moscow region, USSR. 2.7% of 110 flies examined in August 1982, 2.1% of 46 examined in June 1983 and 1.9% of 153 examined in July 1983 were infected. No infected flies were seen in August and September 1983.
