Abstract

This article discusses bovine lungworm (Dictyocaulus viviparus) infection. The biology and pathogenesis, clinical presentation, risk factors, epidemiology, diagnosis and treatment options are given focus. Moreover, anthelmintic resistance and strategies for sustainable control are highlighted.
