This chapter focuses on the mineral nutrition of blueberries (Vaccinium spp.), the factors that affect the availability of nutrients, and the methods to establish (through plant analysis and foliar diagnosis) and supply (through soil application and foliar application of organic and inorganic fertilizers) the nutrients (N, P, K, Ca, Mg, S, Al, Fe, Mn, B, Zn and Cu) to satisfy crop demands. The N cycle, soil pH requirements of blueberries, and role of mycorrhizal fungi in blueberry nutrition are also covered.
