Genetic diversities analysis of flax based on SRAP.

Abstract

19 primer pairs were used to analyze the genetic diversities of 58 flax materials from different countries and regions based on SRAP technique. The results showed that 105 polymorphic loci were amplified, and the average polymorphic information content (PIC) value was 0.47, with better polymorphism. The polymorphism was not high in varieties from home and abroad by cluster analysis, but the domestic varieties had more genetic diversity than introduced species and were clustered each other, which indicated that there were genetic variation between domestic and foreign varieties. The result provided a theoretical basis for an accurate assessment of flax genetic resources, mining valuable genetic component, broaden the genetic differences between the flax parental and improve the efficiency of flax breeding for researchers.
