Abstract

In October 2013, Lycium chinense seriously infected by powdery mildew in Shandong Agricultural University, Tai'an city, Shandong Province was observed by its symptom. Based on the morphological characteristics of the fungus, the pathogen was identified as Arthrocladiella mougeotii. Arthrocladiella is a new record genus in Shangdong Province, and the powdery mildew disease in Lycium chinense is also the first time to be reported in Shandong Province.
