Abstract

In order to prevent the quarantine pest from spreading into China, improve the port quarantine ability. The author investigated the pest status in 2011 in 48 designated ports imported seedlings intercepted, conducted the research to the risk of imported seedlings. The results showed that quarantine pest interception rate was higher in Gaoming port, Lianyungang port, Beijing Chaoyang port, Ningbo Beilun port, Shunde Leliu port, Shunde Beijiao port, Nanjing Lukou International Airport; quarantine pest interception rate was higher from Hong Kong, Tailand and Italy; The seedlings carrying more harmful organisms were Myrciaria cauliflora, Juniperus communis var. nipponica, Podocarpus macrophyllus, Murraya exotica, Lilium brownii var, Viridulum Phoenix canariensis, Camellia japonica and Diospyros vaccinioides; Quarantine pests with higher interception were Pratylenchus penetrans, Achatina fulica, Meloidogyne (non-Chinese species), Solenopsis invicta, Pratylenchus (non-Chinese species) and Bean pod mottle virus, quarantine risk was higher from the ports, origins, seedings and pests, It was need to be concerned in particular.
