Abstract

The paper presents the results of investigation on vascular flora of the upper course of the Rawka river. The distribution of the population protected and rare species and the distribution of the population of alien species were determined. In addition, the recommendations regarding the management of the study area to conserve biodiversity and natural values were advanced accordingly. The flora of vascular plants consists of 386 taxons, including 23 rare, threatened, protected by law, eg.: Epipactis palustris, Dactylorhiza majalis, Lilium martagon, Daphne mezereum. The analysis took into account factors: naturalness, antropophitization and kenophytization. 60 species of foreign origin have been reported, of which 19 were invasive plants.
