Potential risk assessment of a new invasive pest, Leptocybe invasa, to the mainland of China.
The potential geographical distribution of Leptocybe invasa in China was predicted based on the GARP model. The comprehensive evaluation for the danger of the insect in China was also shown based on the international pest risk quantitative analysis method. The results showed that L. invasa can establish in most areas of southeastern China, but high risk, as a risk value, was 2.14. The risk management strategies were also discussed in this paper.
