Studies on the interaction between root-knot nematodes, Meloidogyne spp.; fungi, Fusarium oxysporum and F. solani and bacterium, Pseudomonas solanacearum [Ralstonia solanacearum] on brinjal, Solanum melongena L. under valley condition of Garhwal hills.
Individual inoculations of the pathogens did not cause any significant reduction in aubergine plant growth in pot tests. However, when Meloidogyne spp. were inoculated with either of the other pathogens, wilt symptoms reached 100% within 45 days.
