Abstract

These maps are numbers 7, 76, 157, 191, 284 and 363 (all revised) and 475, 476 and 477 of a series. The species dealt with are, resp., Quadraspidiotus perniciosus (a widespread polyphagous pest attacking most deciduous fruits (trees and shrubs) and a wide range of other trees and shrubs), Eupoecilia ambiguella (a polyphagous pest of grapes in Europe, USSR and Asia), Thrips simplex (a widespread pest of gladiolus and carnation), Polyphagotarsonemus latus (a widespread polyphagous pest), Bemisia tabaci (a widespread polyphagous pest), Parasa lepida (a pest of coconut, oil palm, coffee and other crops in Asia), Scirtothrips dorsalis (a polyphagous pest in Asia, Australasia and the Pacific Islands), Aleurodicus dispersus (a pest of fruits in parts of Africa, Asia, Pacific Islands and the Americas), and Liriomyza sativae (a polyphagous pest mainly in the Americas).
