Effect of temperature on conidial size of Sclerospora maydis, S. philippinensis and S. sorghi.
In S. maydis the length and width of conidia were not affected by temps. of 14-28 deg C but in S. sorghi both increased with a rise in temp., although the ratio of length:width was the same at all temps. Conidia of S. philippinensis increased in length with the same rise in temp. and the length:width ratio increased from 2.09 at 14 deg to 3.07 at 28 deg
