CABI Book Chapter

Climate change impact and adaptation in agricultural systems.

Book cover for Climate change impact and adaptation in agricultural systems.

Description

Chapter 12 (Page no: 167)

Enhancing climate resilience of cropping systems.

This chapter examines how a resilience approach may be used to learn about, and ultimately support, adaptations to increasing climate variation and uncertainty for cropping systems. The potential contributions of several commonly mentioned crop and soil management adaptation options in improving the climate resilience of cropping systems are also discussed.
