Design & Access Statement

Planning Support Statement

We are pleased to report that CABI secured a resolution to grant outline planning permission on 17th October 2012 at a meeting of the South Oxfordshire District Council (SODC) Planning Committee. We can further report that The Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government has confirmed that the application should be determined at a local level and will not be “called in” to be considered by them. Both the minutes from the October SODC meeting and the letter from the Secretary of State are linked below.
