Description

This book offers multiple voices and viewpoints on pilgrimage, covering both spiritual and non-spiritual voyages and in particular the theme of reconciliation in all of its many dimensions. The book has 15 chapters presented in three parts with the following headings: (i) peace, human rights and justice; (ii) reconciliation within; and (3) religious and secular perspectives. The book includes case studies of pilgrimage in action from around the world.
