Peste des petits ruminants virus.

An overview of all known features of the peste des petitis ruminants virus (PPRV) genome, structure and biology is provided. The structural and non-structural proteins of PPRV are described comprehensively. Moreover, available diagnostic tests and potent PPRV vaccines are discussed. Current challenges and future possibilities for disease eradication are also highlighted.
