A method of semen collection by massage is described and illustrated. The method was effective in 80% of ♂♂ Ejaculate volume, semen pH and sperm concentration averaged 0.0073 ml., 7.2 and 1.447 x 106 per ml. resp. Spermatozoa lost their motility within 10-15 mins. of collection.-F.S.
