Any damage or shortage should be notified to Marston within three days of receipt of the goods for a claim to be made.

(Please check the proper despatch date with Marston before claiming. Replacement copies supplied after this date will be chargeable.)

No responsibility is accepted for goods once despatched.

Are back volumes available?

Back volumes for most printed CABI journals are available for the current and the previous year. Contact Sales in Wallingford for a quote.

The standard subscription period is for 12 months.

Subscriptions for abstract journals are for one calendar year (January to December) and expire on 31 December each year regardless of start date. New subscriptions taken out mid-year will be charged at the full rate, and any printed copies published that calendar year will be supplied to the subscribing institution.

Subscriptions for all other electronic products may be taken out at any time during the year and run for 12 months from that start date.

Please note
Printed abstract journals will be despatched only after full payment has been received. Renewal of your subscription by 30 November will ensure uninterrupted supply of January to December subscriptions.

Multiple year abstract journal subscriptions
Multiple year subscriptions from two years are available at favourable rates. Please request a quote from sales@cabi.org
