What is CABI Full Text?
The Environmental Impact database includes over 39,000 full text records maintained as PDFs in CABI's Full Text Repository which was first set up in 2005. More are being added on a weekly basis.
These full text documents include conference papers and posters, journal articles and bulletins. The Repository was set up following feedback from users to address problems with access. Many of these documents are difficult for researchers and librarians to locate being obscure and difficult to obtain. Many reports and conference proceeding are now being published on the internet, however, links to these are often changed or broken. In particular, when internet sites are redesigned links to older documents are often removed.
More journals, bulletins, conferences are being added continuously and an increasing number of organizations are agreeing to add their content to the Repository.
We are continuously searching for conferences and journals to add to the full text holdings. If you are a journal editor or hold the copyright to conference proceedings that you would like to see in the Environmental Impact database as full text, please contact the Editorial team (environmentalimpact@cabi.org)
