What is Environmental Impact?
Environmental Impact is an internet resource created in response to a demand from the scientific community, policy makers and information specialists for a single comprehensive bibliographic information resource on climate change and other influences of humans on the biosphere. It also covers other aspects of man's damage to the environment such as pollution, deforestation, desertification and habitat loss.
We hope you find the site useful and, to further improve it, we welcome your feedback. Please send any comments to environmentalimpact@cabi.org

List of database serial titles scanned
A list of serial titles appearing in the Environmental Impact database is available on request. However, this is not a true serial cited list (which is basically a fixed list of source titles) and but it is a list of the source serial titles from which relevant Environmental Impact database records were extracted up to that date.
Because records relevant to Environmental Impact are selected continuously from the entire serials list scanned for the (inhouse) database from which CAB Abstracts (and Environmental Impact) are derived, it might be more revealing to check the serial cited listing of CAB Abstracts on the main CABI website. This will tell you if a serial title of interest is being scanned for inclusion of relevant records in the Environmental Impact database.
This gives Environmental Impact a significant advantage over other environmental databases meaning we can include material which is often not included in other environmental databases, e.g. papers on climate change effects on human health published in health journals or climate impacts on tourism published in tourism literature, etc.
It is worth reiterating that the Environmental Impact database contains not just serial titles (journals and bulletin series) but also relevant books, book chapters, conference papers and annual reports.
