Microbial Identification

To send a sample to us you need to prepare it in line with required procedures (see below), complete an identification request form and if you are sending us a sample from overseas, enclose our letter of authority. To check international postage and packaging regulations please see the link below.

Microbial Supply

To order a culture from us simply complete an order form and send it to us. Please check our conditions of sale. 

Please note: we work with environmental strains and spoilage organisms, and are unable to deal directly with organisms for clinical samples.
