Sales FAQs

General

Q. How do I order?

By fax, email, post or telephone or order online from this website or the bookshop.

Q. How can I pay?

We have three main payment methods:

For BOOK orders (from 31st March 2012):

1) We take payment against Visa and Mastercard
We require the full card number, expiry date, registered card holder's name, address, and the three digit security code shown on the back of the card. Note: we will not charge credit cards until your order is available.

2) Or by cheque, bank drafts and international money orders
Make these payable to "Marston Book Services Ltd". UK Sterling cheques should be drawn on a UK bank. US dollar cheques should be drawn on a US bank.
3) We also accept payment through bank transfers (charges paid by customer)
direct to Marston's (CABI's fulfillment service for book orders) account. When paying by bank transfer it is important to send a copy of the remittance instruction from your bank to Marston (address below) so that we can trace and process your order with minimum delay.

All book invoices issued prior to 31st March 2012 should be paid to CAB International. Thereafter, invoicing and payments will be handled by Marston. If you already have an account with Marston it will be used under Marston’s credit terms. If you do not have an account with Marston, your CABI account and terms will be transferred directly.
