Postharvest News and Information is a bi-monthly news, reviews and abstract journal designed to keep its international readership quickly and fully informed of current developments in postharvest research. The journal provides up-to-date information on postharvest research of grain, oilseeds, fruits, vegetables and other commodities, and covers all aspects of postharvest research and technology, including drying, grading, handling, storage, pests of stored products, spoilage, ripening, contamination, minimal processing, social policy, economics, and marketing.
The bibliographic content of Postharvest News and Information is derived from CAB Abstracts the original applied life sciences database, coverage includes drying, grading, handling, storage, pests of stored products, minimal processing and marketing.
Online Abstract Database
The bibliographic content of Postharvest News and Information is available online.
Postharvest Abstracts is a fully searchable abstract database covering the latest information on postharvest research of grain, oilseeds, fruits, vegetables and other commodities.
Derived from CAB Abstracts, the original applied life sciences database, coverage includes drying, grading, handling, storage, pests of stored products, spoilage, ripening, contamination, minimal processing, social policy, economics and marketing.
Postharvest Abstracts is updated weekly, delivering all the new highly-targeted, searchable summaries covering key English and non-English language journal articles, reports, conferences and books on postharvest research.
Postharvest Abstracts includes a fully searchable backfile to 1976. Over 101,000 research summaries (click here for a sample record) bring a wealth of current and seminal information on postharvest research to your fingertips! Over 5,000 records are added to the database each year.
