I came to CABI in 1992 after gaining a PhD at the University College of Wales, Aberystwyth and carrying out post-doctoral research in organic farming and tropical agriculture. With strong interests in sport and travel, since 2005 I have been Editor of the Leisure Tourism Database. I also edit the abstracts journals Seed Abstracts, Grasslands and Forage Abstracts and Crop Physiology Abstracts.

Invasive species are causing species extinction. We are trying to address this problem by providing sound scientific information that will be used by endangered species managers to improve their efforts to recover listed and candidate species affected by invasive species. The information will also be used by...
