Forest Products Abstracts is a fully searchable abstract database of internationally published forest products research. It provides the latest information on forest products from harvesting, through wood anatomy to international trade of timber and non-wood forest products.

Selected from CAB Abstracts, the original applied life sciences database, coverage includes: logging, wood properties, damage to wood and wood protection, wood-based panel products, pulping of wood fibres, and medicinal uses of wood extractives.

Each week Forest Products Abstracts delivers all the new highly-targeted, searchable summaries covering key English and non-English language journal articles, bulletins, conferences and books about wood science.

The database includes a fully searchable backfile to 1990. With over 77,000 research summaries and over 3,500 records added to the database each year, Forest Products Abstracts brings a wealth of current and seminal research in wood science to your fingertips!

Forest Products Abstracts is updated weekly online, it is also available in print, delivered bi-monthly.
